      You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.<\/span><\/p>

      • Deadline: The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.<\/span><\/li>
      • How to Cancel: To exercise this right, you must notify us (GOLIVEA BV) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email to support@golivea.eu). You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory.<\/span><\/li>
      • Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (standard shipping), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        4. LEGAL GUARANTEE\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>

        We remind you that you are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee under Dutch law. This means the product must meet the reasonable expectations you may have of it. If the product is defective, you have the right to repair, replacement, or a refund.<\/span><\/p>

        5. COMPLAINTS\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>

        If you have a complaint, please contact <\/span>support@golivea.eu<\/span>. You will receive acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint within 8 working days. GOLIVEA will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.<\/span><\/p>

        In the event that a complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily through the internal complaints procedure, you may approach the VDV for mediation.<\/span>
